01 · Bring the process, not client files
For the first conversation, describe your sources, intake system, operating hours and handoff requirements. Use synthetic examples; do not email claimant records or confidential case information.
02 · Separate activity from outcomes
An inquiry, a completed screening, a firm receipt and a signed matter are different events. Agree which system owns each definition and how missing or rejected records are handled.
03 · Make the next step specific
The review can lead to a scoped implementation proposal covering routing, feedback and reporting. Technical delivery and commercial results need separate acceptance criteria; no case volume or acquisition cost is promised.
