A website inquiry should arrive with its answers, consent choice and identity intact. Here is what we have tested, and what a firm-specific demonstration still needs to establish.
These are technical checks across the Marketing Apes portfolio. They are not measurements of signed clients, case value or revenue.
Each capture test preserved the original answers, brand, consent choice and lead identity. The event ledger acknowledged the record as a test. No email, text or calling step ran for those submissions. Separate internal emails from two portfolio brands arrived with SPF, DKIM and DMARC passing.
The capture checks exercised the server path behind the previews. They did not test every browser, prove delivery for every domain, or simulate a real client's decision.
| Step | What to inspect | Current evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Capture | Answers, brand and consent choice survive submission. | Synthetic server tests passed. |
| Record | A lead ID and event ID remain attached to the inquiry. | Test insertions acknowledged by the event ledger. |
| Follow-up | The correct brand contacts an eligible person once. | Test isolation and two internal email paths verified; each live program needs its own checks. |
| Buyer acceptance | The intended firm returns an accepted or rejected receipt. | Firm-specific integration and acceptance test required. |
| Outcome and cost | The buyer's disposition and payment reconcile to the original inquiry and costs. | Complete production reconciliation remains open. |
In a workflow review, we identify where the inquiry starts, the permission it carries, who receives it and how the outcome returns. We agree the acceptance criteria before implementation so both teams can see whether the work delivered.
Historical campaign summaries are reviewed separately. A source-system status or a sent retainer is not automatically proof of a signed agreement, a collected fee or a fully attributed acquisition cost.
Bring one campaign or intake process. We will walk through the working components and define the next measurable improvement.
